Job Description: VALID DRIVERS LISCENSE REQUIRED:

Come join a fast growing company as a Day Porter to clean and maintain various areas on the property in the heart of College Station, Tx. This position is located at a prestigious mixed-use property that will require an extreme high attention for detail! The ideal candidate for the position is self motivated, driven, a team player and always striving for excellence in their work.

Broad Description of General Duties and Responsibilities:

- Sweep and remove debris from sidewalk and parking lots

- Dust store front ledges

- Clean all sidewalk accessory equipment

- Clean common area doors and windows

-Clean and maintain all common area light fixtures

- Remove trash from receptacles along sidewalk and interior common areas as needed

- Assist with promotional setups including but not limited to sectioning parking lots for tents, tent installation and removal, activity and barricade installation and removal as needed

- Tow and dump trash receptacles in compactor on site

- Blow green and curbs

- Detail sweep and mop of elevator cab in garage

- Spot mop spills on property

- Spot sweep stairwells and dust hand rails

As well as many other misc. tasks to ensure the property is at its optimum cleanliness. You will work hand and hand with a day supervisor as well as being trusted to complete the tasks on your own, so drive and dedication is an absolute must.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00-15.00 per hour
